Senior Amazon Brand Manager – GNO Partners

GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built and exited two successful Amazon brands. We help Amazon FBA sellers scale profitably using our proven system.

We are a Done With You consultancy, meaning we don’t manage client accounts—we set the strategy, analyze their brand, and teach them how to execute using our resources.

Why Join Us?

  • Fully remote Amazon consulting agency.
  • High-performance culture: hard work, speed, over-delivery, and trust.
  • Yearly total pay: $250,000–$350,000+, based on performance and Revenue Share (no cap). Includes:
    • Base guaranteed salary: $120,000. This is your guaranteed pay during ramp-up, even before you have a full client portfolio.
    • Within 120 days, with a full client portfolio, consultants earn at least $17,500 in monthly salary and continue to grow from there.
    • Our top consultants earn $300,000+ per year.
    • How the performance is calculated: you earn more as you manage more clients, keep them longer, and generate referrals.
  • Work with a team that lives and breathes Amazon, and has fun doing it.

Who We’re Looking For:

Senior Amazon Brand Manager who deeply understands Amazon FBA, enjoys strategizing for brand growth, and can tackle complex challenges with precision and speed.

  • Logistics & Backend: Strong grasp of COGs, fees, inventory, and profitability (P&L) optimization.
  • Amazon Catalog Troubleshooter: Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex catalog issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve Amazon challenges and guide clients through key projects.
  • Track progress and provide clear next steps.
  • Offer daily support via Slack & Email.
  • Continuously improve our consulting systems.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
