We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Analyst, Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will manage and support Walmart Marketplace seller-fulfill logistics services, providing top-tier assistance to sellers and collaborating closely with internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact of sellers for seller-fulfill services, ensuring streamlined coordination and issue resolution to enhance sellers' experience.

Locations: Fully onsite and must be located in the Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA area

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Seller Engagement: Follow up with sellers to build their awareness in Walmart seller-fulfill logistics services, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and addressing their needs; actively collect and summarize seller feedback on the services and products
  • Problem Solving: Serve as the escalation point for seller inquiries and issues from Seller Support, BDs/SAMs, carriers, and other stakeholders; coordinate internally and externally to resolve seller issues
  • Marketing and Localization: Partner with marketing team to localize marketing materials, develop additional local marketing assets, and maintain FAQs; represent and promote Walmart seller-fulfill logistics products and services at seller summits, city tours, and other promotional events; host webinars and other training sessions to educate sellers and help them maximize the service; conduct seller surveys and interviews per business needs
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze cases on a regular basis, summarize recurring issues, identify key challenges and improvement opportunities; support Seller Support to develop and improve internal SOPs and workflows; assist internal trainings to elevate seller support quality and reduce seller cases

  • You have proven experience in logistics, logistics operations, or a related field
  • You have previous experience in e-commerce or a parcel express industry
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling escalations and operational challenges
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and act on data effectively
  • You have a customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing product offerings and user experience
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, retail, human resources, or related area
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in business, finance, information technology, retail, human resources, or related area
