Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Capabilities team. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Business Capabilities.

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in shaping, operationalizing, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and capabilities that power our global GTM organization. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, Sales, IT, data, and change management - ensuring that enhancements and enterprise projects are aligned, delivered efficiently, and adopted successfully across the field. You’ll partner closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT leaders, program managers and GTM leadership to drive clarity, consistency, and operational excellence across the GTM motions.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Ensure all GTM roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and release plans remain aligned with IT, Program Management, and Change Delivery teams
  • Support BPOs and business stakeholders in documenting end-to-end processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and ensuring business policies are defined and signed off by executive sponsors
  • Define, track, and report on success metrics, adoption measures, and field impact for all releases and changes
  • Partner with Change Management teams to ensure readiness, clarity, and consistency across releases while creating structured documentation to enable field users
  • Lead UAT planning and execution for GTM system changes and enhancements while partnering with IT BSAs and functional leaders to ensure alignment across systems and policies

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a problem-solver. You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
  • You are customer-obsessed. You build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external—and anchor your decisions in solving their real-world problems. You champion their needs from start to finish, knowing their success is our success.
  • You are a positive force. You approach hard problems with constructive energy and a 'can-do' spirit that is contagious, inspiring your team to stay focused on the solution.
  • You are data-driven. You use data and analytics to find the truth, measure what matters, and guide informed decisions. You value evidence over assumptions, replacing "I think" with "I know" to drive better outcomes.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years in GTM Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, Process/Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise GTM motions and experience with Salesforce, CPQ, workflow tools, and process mapping methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex systems and processes clearly
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience building dashboards and interpreting operational data to drive decisions
  • Highly organized and proactive professional able to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines in an environment of change

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Background in change management, enablement, or creating structured SOPs and process documentation
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce CPQ, ERPs, Asana, Tableau, and Slack
  • Exposure to SaaS Quoting and Provisioning processes or project management frameworks like Agile and Scrum

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
