Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling and managing the organization's sales processes, strategy and data, enabling sales operations in support of the revenue team. The ideal candidate is conscientious, with a keen attention to detail, highly analytical, and is highly personable. As part of the team, the sales operations analyst will be responsible for partnering with the sales team on operational aspects, such as contracting, pipeline management, and data analysis in support of the sales forecasting process. This role will also be responsible for development, distribution and implementation of revenue team compensation plans and analysis of results, performance, and payments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Revenue Team leadership to facilitate sales forecasting process including data/report preparation and running weekly forecast calls.
  • Manage Deal Desk deal review process ensuring deal visibility and timely issue resolution.
  • Own creation and distribution of Sales compensation plans to all revenue team plan participants.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of the new Sales Compensation program each fiscal year.
  • Partner with Finance to review, reconcile and validate monthly commission payments are in accordance with compensation plan provisions and SPIFF payments.
  • Identify improvements/enhancements to the sales Bookings and Compensation plans, policies, and processes.
  • Partner with Legal, Revenue Ops and Revenue Leadership to make recommendations which improve efficiency/effectiveness of the Deal Desk operations.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations team to optimize to create processes and procedures along with controls to ensure deals are in compliance with company discounting client contracting practices.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure Salesforce.com bookings data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical close and monthly deadlines.
  • Provide support for other sales analyses or projects, as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience (Sales Operations, Finance, Sales Compensation)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.)
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Sales Forecasting and Sales Compensation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet multiple, competing deadlines
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals, deadlines and desired outcomes/results

Education:                         

· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $90,000– $100,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
