Purpose: Keller Postman’s increasing scale creates an exciting opportunity to be data-driven at multiple levels. This Senior Applications and Workflow Analyst role is responsible for building and executing data integrity processes in a dynamic law firm environment. This position involves working in close collaboration with operational and tech leadership, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather complex data requirements and build upon Keller Postman’s foundation of data integrity. The position will therefore be dynamic; it will evolve as needs change and as the candidate shapes the role.
This position is remote; however, the candidate must be in Central Time or willing to work regular Central Time business hours. The compensation for this position will be a base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to learn and improve Keller Postman’s data integrity processes across the lifetime of a legal case.
- Maintain a keen and dynamic understanding of legal and financial relationships to the firm toward the end of validating the involvement of all relevant parties prior to settlement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed functional requirements for process improvements, data discrepancy resolution, or efficiency enhancements.
- Develop strategic process improvements for existing and emergent applications toward the end of improving data integrity.
- Audit and analyze workflows, applications, and systems used across teams.
- Develop and maintain processes to reconcile and verify AI-supported claim substantiation and client-submitted data.
- Monitor and ensure user and stakeholder compliance with data standards across departments.
- Manipulate large datasets to identify and forecast data integrity issues.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma.
- Professional history of protocol building and compliance monitoring.
- Relevant professional leadership experience.
- Ideal candidates will have experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently or as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with large-scale data auditing.
- Legal, Finance, or Data Analytics background is preferred.
- College Degree required.
Language Ability:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
