CLA is growing and seeking to hire a Senior Associate - International Tax Services and Transfer Pricing to join our talented International Tax Services team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
As part of the International Tax Services and Transfer Pricing team you will be exposed businesses and their global supply chains helping them evaluate a variety of tax and trade strategies and objectives. In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Associate - International Tax Services and Transfer Pricing role:
- Prepare, review and advise on planning, documentation and controversy issues associated with all types of intercompany transactions
- Monitor impacts on businesses in ever-changing regulatory environments
- Review tax and other compliance filings
- Plan and model US and other country taxes
- Develop high functioning teams and incorporate AI and other technology
- Drive strategic planning for tax which may include transfer pricing and tariff strategies
- Train associates on the team
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
- Experience: At least four years of relevant experience required
- Certification/ Licenses: CPA eligibility preferred
The wage range for this position is: $83,000 – $149,000
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
