As a Senior Associate for Digital Supply Chain Solutions, you will contribute to our Digital Transformation with next-gen Finite Scheduling and Advanced Production Planning solutions. As part of a global team your responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, driving design, configuration, implementation, and testing across the entire enterprise. You will manage the solution in terms of continuous improvement, lifecycle management, and delivery across multiple workstreams. This role offers both challenges and rewards, allowing you to impact on our business goals in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
  • Manage time effectively to meet targets and develop plans for short-term work activities on moderately complex projects.
  • Operate under general supervision, following established procedures and instructions, and solve loosely defined problems.
  • Use personal judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology partners to set up development, test, and production environments.
  • Conduct risk analysis and impact assessments for solutions that integrate with other Pfizer systems.
  • Design and implement application software configurations and systems design for commercial off-the-shelf software products .
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve project goals.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 3+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 1+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience in delivering, supporting enterprise planning and scheduling solutions.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology engineering practices
  • Demonstrated capabilities in collaborating effectively within team settings, often in virtual environments
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in systems architecture, network systems, and application infrastructure

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • +2 Years PlanetTogether Advanced Planning System Experience
  • Experience in quantitative analytical methods and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of risk analysis and impact assessments
  • Expertise in designing and implementing application software configurations
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues and foster consensus among teams
  • Ability to mentor and review the work of other colleagues

  • Solution deployments (Up to 25% Travel may be required)
  • Non-Standard office hours to support deployments, upgrades or issue resolution.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,100.00 to $128,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $69,400.00 to $115,600.00.
