Veloq is the B2B technology spin-off of Rohlik Group — built on more than a decade of running one of Europe’s most advanced online grocery operations. We took the AI-driven fulfillment technology that powers Rohlik’s success and turned it into a modular platform that helps other grocers win online — profitably. Veloq is still early-stage, fast-moving and hands-on. No layers. No corporate comfort zone.

If you like building things from scratch, this is for you.

Why this role is exciting

  • You’ll help build a global B2B tech brand from zero to relevance.

  • Your focus will be on Western Europe and the US — working by channels and personas, not local markets.

  • You’ll support large, high-stakes enterprise pitches with top-tier grocers.

  • You’ll work directly with the CEO and commercial leadership.

  • Your work will directly impact pipeline, deals and revenue, not just brand metrics.

  • Startup mindset required — test, ship, learn, repeat. Fast.

What this role is about

Your mission is simple: Make Veloq the default short-list choice for e-grocery fulfillment. This is not a “campaign-only” role. It’s about positioning, proof and pipeline.

You will:

Own positioning & narrative
  • Own the global narrative around profit-first, same-day grocery fulfillment.

  • Clearly differentiate Veloq from first-generation automation and failed warehouse tech.

Build a content engine that sells
  • Deliver 1+ white paper per month together with Product, Tech and Commercial teams.

  • Build and maintain a strong case-study library (Rohlik, Bringmeister, Vienna FC, pilots).

Drive LinkedIn & Account-Based Marketing (core focus)
  • Own LinkedIn strategy for Veloq and senior executives.

  • Run ABM programs targeting ~30–50 named enterprise accounts in Western EU & US.

  • Turn content into conversations — not vanity metrics.

Support large enterprise pitches
  • Create sales decks, pitch narratives, objection-handling kits and exec briefings.

  • Support RFPs and strategic deals where marketing credibility really matters.

Website, PR & events
  • Shape website messaging and persona pages.

  • Work with PR agencies and support trade media placements.

  • Support industry events, customer tours and product launches (NRF, FMI, Modex, CGF).

Measure what matters
  • Co-run quarterly GTM sprint reviews.

  • Track pipeline contribution, SQLs and persona engagement — not just impressions.

What we’re looking for

You’re a hands-on GTM marketer who likes execution, not fluff.

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B / Go-to-market Marketing (SaaS, logistics, automation, retail tech).

  • Strong writer — comfortable with operational and financial metrics.

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Proven experience with content-led demand generation and ABM.

  • Comfortable in a startup environment with ambiguity and speed. Energetic, proactive.

  • Low ego, strong ownership, execution first.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who gets things done.

  • Nice-to-have: Background in grocery, fulfillment or robotics.

This role isn’t for someone who wants a finished brand, a big team or perfect processes. It is for someone who wants to build, experiment, and see their work turn directly into deals. If that sounds like you — let’s talk.

What’s in it for you

  • Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly.

  • Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work.

  • Life, not just work - Unlimited paid vacation based on trust.

  • Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact.

  • Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one.

  • Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria.

  • Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz.

  • Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card.

  • A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
