New Hire Base Salary Range:
$84,000.00 - $105,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Helps manage the administration of the plans by working with the benefit plan providers and outsourced benefit administrator to ensure that benefits are established in accordance with plan documents and benefits strategies
- Helps develop and implement creative benefit programs and perquisites aligned with employee needs and company strategies
- Actively involved in supporting the management of external vendor relationships
- Performs pension and benefits day-to-day administration
- Performs pension plan and benefit cost reconciliations
- Manages plans to ensure compliance with all current laws and regulations and amends plans as required when changes are implemented
- Assists with audits, reporting, amendments and government filing
- Manages pension committee meetings and general assembly meeting

- I have prior experience in Benefits administration, preferably Retirement plans (1-3 years)
- I have a background in financial reporting and experience completing analysis
- I have strong verbal and written communication skills
- I have strong analytical skills, and I am a strategic thinker
- I have excellent organizational skills, I'm a self-starter and I'm able to handle ambiguity. I am a team player willing to take on new projects while meeting deadlines and balancing competing priorities.
- I have expert Excel skills
- I have SAP, IPay, Workday, Dayforce or similar HR database experience
