Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 200 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

As a Senior Brand Designer at Circle, you'll play a key role in shaping one of our most valuable assets—our brand.
This role sits within our Design Studio team—the creative engine behind all of Circle's marketing design—and focuses on evolving how Circle looks, feels, and communicates across every customer touchpoint. From product launches and campaigns to events, advertising, social, motion, and visual identity systems, you'll help create a brand that's instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.
We're looking for someone with exceptional visual craft, outstanding creative taste, and experience building brands for modern software, AI, or technology companies. You understand how to communicate complex products through clear, compelling visual storytelling, creating work that's both strategically effective and visually memorable.
You'll think beyond individual assets, building scalable visual systems while constantly pushing the brand forward. Working closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Motion, Content, and Leadership, you'll help define how Circle shows up to the world.
We're building a brand that stands alongside the very best in technology—not just one that's functional, but one that's instantly recognizable, culturally relevant, and sets the standard for modern software companies.
What you'll be doing
- Help define and evolve Circle's visual identity across every customer-facing touchpoint.
- Lead the creative direction for major product launches, campaigns, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
- Design scalable brand systems that work across web, social, paid advertising, events, presentations, email, video, and product marketing.
- Develop compelling visual narratives for new product launches, translating complex software and AI capabilities into simple, engaging brand experiences.
- Create campaign identities, illustrations, iconography, graphics, presentations, and launch assets that elevate the Circle brand.
- Develop storyboards and creative concepts for launch videos, motion pieces, and product announcements, collaborating closely with motion designers throughout production.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership to define the visual direction for major company moments.
- Build reusable brand systems, templates, and creative frameworks that improve consistency and speed across the company.
- Continuously evolve Circle's design language by researching emerging trends across branding, AI, motion, and digital design.
- Present creative concepts confidently, communicate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every asset reflects the quality expected from the Circle brand.
- Research emerging AI-powered creative tools and identify opportunities to improve our design workflows.
- Strong alignment with our values (find them on our Careers page if you haven't already).
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer within software, AI, or technology companies.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand design across campaigns, product launches, visual identities, and digital experiences.
- Experience building and evolving brands for modern software companies, with a strong understanding of how to communicate complex products through simple, engaging design.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, and technology design trends, with an eye for where modern brands are heading—not just where they are today.
- Experience developing creative concepts and storyboards for product launches, brand films, motion graphics, or campaign videos.
- Experience collaborating closely with motion designers and understanding how static design translates into animation and storytelling.
- Exceptional typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of scalable design systems and visual identity frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas, explain creative decisions, and collaborate asynchronously across teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity around AI-powered creative workflows and excitement to experiment with emerging technologies.
- You obsess over craft and sweat every detail, while always thinking about the bigger picture—how every asset contributes to building a memorable, category-defining brand.
