The Role

Aspire is looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to elevate our visual brand identity and shape the future of our brand.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life across various touchpoints—from designing the Aspire website and performance marketing campaigns to crafting product visual design patterns, brand storytelling pieces, internal culture initiatives, and event collateral, including swag.

You'll collaborate closely across teams like Marketing and Agency Services to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence. If you're passionate about design, storytelling and building brands that resonate, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be working on:
  • Shape visual identity of our brand as Aspire evolves as a company, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels.
  • Drive the visual strategy and execution of Aspire's consumer-facing communications across web, email, app, and other product experiences.
  • Develop, systemize, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for both internal and external use, ensuring consistency in all brand expressions.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create high-performing advertising campaigns that drive demand generation.
  • Work with agencies to deliver on-brand, best-in-class, and impactful creative every time.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to iterate on designs, optimizing creative assets for engagement, conversion, and impact.
  • Strategize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions and execute them with attention to detail, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Uphold a high standard of visual design, ensuring that every communication is thoughtful, clear, and visually delightful.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of brand and marketing design experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Webflow, CSS, HTML, and responsive design.
  • Strong design skills across a range of mediums, from large scale graphics, presentations, animation boards, logos/lockups, brand identities, signage, patterns etc.
  • Experience working on performance marketing campaigns.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills - you can walk someone through your creative vision, and ask hard questions that lead to finding unique visual solutions.
  • A project management perspective - presenting concepts to stakeholders in a clear manner, managing feedback with a high level of comfort, and sticking to deadlines.
  • Flexibility to new or differing perspectives - transforming feedback from non-designers into collaborative conversations that lead to even stronger ideas for the betterment of the company.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of strong visual designs, including branded campaigns, illustrations, motion design, responsive web design, and marketing collateral - with an emphasis on concept development and thoughtful execution.
Bonus Points:
  • Have experience developing brand direction into the full package.
  • Animation and/or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Are a natural-born innovator — you’re always looking to stretch the boundaries of what a company can do.
  • Take pride in being the gatekeeper of a brand.
  • Have a mix of a B2B and B2C background — we are a B2B platform working solely with B2C brands.
