About Us

Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world's most ambitious machines 💪.

Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are modernizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload.

Our Solution

Existing software tools struggle to match the rapid pace and complexity of hardware development in deep tech industries. Integrate is creating specialized software that facilitates clear, efficient, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, empowering teams to innovate faster.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to define and execute how Integrate shows up in the world.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and storytelling. You'll shape the visual language of Integrate across our website, campaigns, sales materials, and product-adjacent surfaces. Your work will help translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with engineers, operators, and program leaders across deep tech industries.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure our design communicates both the ambition of our mission and the precision of the industries we serve.

This is a foundational, hands-on creative role with significant ownership over how Integrate's brand evolves as we grow. You'll be the sole designer on the brand side, which means you're both setting the creative direction and executing. A meaningful portion of the work will involve bringing the brand into the physical world — designing high-quality swag, event materials, environmental graphics, and other tangible brand assets that represent Integrate in industry settings.

Why Join Us?

Join us at the forefront of hardware innovation. We're a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build.

You'll have the opportunity to define the creative foundation of a growing company, shaping how Integrate communicates with customers building rockets, aircraft, autonomous systems, and the infrastructure of the modern world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop design across marketing channels including ads, social, website, events, and marketing collateral.
  • Create creative for campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
  • Design event environments including booths, signage, decks, and presentations.
  • Produce marketing collateral including sales materials, one-pagers, case studies, and print assets.
  • Extend and evolve the Integrate design system across marketing and digital surfaces.
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Work with vendors and production partners to produce brand and event materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Use modern design workflows and emerging AI tools to accelerate production and experimentation.

Experience

  • 6–12+ years of design experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, marketing design, and brand systems.
  • Significant agency, startup, and/or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience designing advertising, social, web, and marketing collateral.
  • Experience extending and maintaining design systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, or production partners.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, and brand systems.

Technical Skills

  • Fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience designing for modern web platforms and CMS tools (Webflow, Framer, or similar).
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creative production and prototyping (Midjourney, Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Experience with motion and interactive design tools such as Lottie, Rive, or Framer.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a modern startup environment using tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.

Who You Are

You'll help shape how the Integrate brand shows up across campaigns, events, and digital experiences — working across departments with particular attention to marketing, product, and business development.

You're collaborative, curious, and thoughtful about both the work and the people around you. You care deeply about craft and take pride in the details, but you're also adaptable and comfortable in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly. You contribute ideas generously and approach problems with a mix of creativity, humility, and curiosity.

You enjoy building consistency across surfaces while keeping the work fresh and intentional. You're organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects without losing sight of quality. You care about doing great work, but you're not precious about ego. You're thoughtful about the brand, the product, and the story we're telling.

This role is in person at our Ballard office in Seattle, where close collaboration with the marketing team helps ideas move quickly from concept to execution. Some travel may be required to support major events and brand moments.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
