Bulletproof is backed by Grupo Mariposa, one of the fastest growing food and beverage conglomerates in Latin-America and part of Bia Foods, a nourishing alliance – a community of companies, partners and brands fostering innovation and well-being. Together, we’re expanding our reach while staying true to what matters: quality you can trust, benefits you can feel, and a daily routine that supports balance in body and mind.

Job Description

The Opportunity

Bulletproof is entering its next phase of growth — and we are looking for a modern, culturally fluent brand Senior Brand Manager to help shape it.

This is not a traditional brand management role.
You will operate at the intersection of brand, innovation, and digital ecosystems, helping to reignite Bulletproof as a culturally relevant, insight-driven, and growth-accelerating brand.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will own key parts of the brand and innovation agenda — translating consumer insight into breakthrough products, compelling storytelling, and high-impact go-to-market strategies across retail, Amazon, and DTC.

You are equally comfortable analyzing data, shaping strategy, and building something people actually talk about.

Brand Strategy & Cultural Relevance

  • Help evolve brand positioning to ensure it is distinctive, modern, and culturally resonant
  • Translate consumer insights and trends into sharp brand narratives and campaigns
  • Partner with creators, influencers, and cultural platforms to build earned relevance
  • Ensure consistency and excellence of brand expression across all touchpoints

Innovation & Portfolio Development

  • Lead end-to-end development of innovation and renovation projects — from insight to launch
  • Identify emerging consumer needs, trends, and whitespace opportunities
  • Build compelling product concepts (positioning, pricing, packaging, claims)
  • Partner cross-functionally (R&D, supply chain, sales) to bring innovations to market successfully
  • Ensure innovation supports both brand equity and commercial growth

Omnichannel Go-to-Market

  • Develop and execute integrated launch plans across retail, Amazon, and DTC
  • Partner with Growth and Channel teams to ensure strong demand generation and conversion
  • Leverage modern marketing levers including paid social, retail media, influencer, and content ecosystems
  • Track and optimize performance across the funnel

Consumer Insights & Analytics

  • Develop a deep understanding of Bulletproof’s target consumer and category dynamics
  • Use data (syndicated, digital, and first party) to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies across brand, innovation, and marketing

Business Ownership

  • Manage key elements of the P&L, including forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategy
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Contribute to annual and long-term planning

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, or growth roles in CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience launching products and driving brand growth in omnichannel environments
  • Strong understanding of modern digital marketing (influencer, paid social, retail media, eCommerce)
  • Experience working across retail, Amazon, and DTC
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into winning brand and product strategies
  • MBA preferred but not required

Additional Information

Why the role matters

This role is critical to rebuilding Bulletproof into a category-defining, culturally relevant brand. You will help:

  • Shape the future of the brand
  • Build the next generation of products
  • Create work that drives both conversation and conversion

At Bulletproof 360, Inc. (“Bulletproof”), we welcome employees and candidates with different backgrounds and perspectives.
