PingWind is seeking a Senior Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet business objectives. The Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer will leverage their extensive experience to drive process improvements and ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst capturing and documenting business processes and requirements.
· Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and flow charts, mapping business processes to the customer requirements.
· Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements
Other Duties
Experience with working in an Agile development environment.
Experience with working in Jira.
