WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creating connections is the name of the game for our Business Management team. They support our Rain Makers by keeping us on our progressive and sustainable path to success. This team drives execution for the Enterprise alignment to ensure the rhythm of the business stays on pace to support our long-term strategy.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced business support team that helps department leads stay organized and aligned with overall business objectives. The primary support for the position will be with our Commercial Operations teams – Supply Chain, Technology, and R&D departments.

Reports to: Business Management Manager

Direct Reports: N/A

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4+ days a week

*While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.

Salary: $62,000 - $90,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

Executive Support:

  • Meeting Management: Oversee executive calendars, schedule meetings, support by building presentations, sending agendas and recaps/action items.

  • Annual Calendar: Using the annual operating calendar, support departments to stay on track for annual operating plan work, Monthly Strategy Meetings, departmental monthly meetings, department and company events, weekly recaps

  • Coordination of Key Meetings: Managing lunches and any onsite/offsite day-of details as needed; Printed materials, room setup, booking of location, meeting invites.

Enterprise Connectivity: Using our ValuesAccountability, Inclusivity, & Curiosity, to lead AOP & LTS, Rain Maker initiatives,100-day plan; KPIs and operational reviews.

Department-specific support: Help coordinate between Supply Chain, Technology, and R&D, Meetings, events, and calendar management

  • Route and code invoices.

  • Support vendor management & processes (invoices, renewals, onboarding)

  • Docusign & Lexion Management: Play a key role in management and oversight of these workflows

  • Support product portfolio addition activities, such as coordinating with third-party content creation partners, shipping and tracking sample requests, and other miscellaneous packages to help support the Business Management team function.

  • Recreation/Clean-up of materials and PowerPoint Presentations.

  • Events: Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events, conferences, and department functions. This includes securing venues, arranging catering, managing invitations, and overseeing logistics planning.

  • Managing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. This may involve coordinating with travel agencies or online booking.

Office Management: Assist with scheduling & owning Company Onsite events and gatherings.

  • Ensure office organization/cleanliness, additional equipment, office supplies, etc.

  • TR Mail Pick up & Process

  • Updating TV Rotators and communications

Ad Hoc Support: Providing additional support and assistance to the Executive & Business Management Manager as needed, which may include personal errands, ad hoc research projects, or other tasks to help streamline workflow and maximize productivity.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Enables richer, faster feedback loops – Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot gaps, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately. 

WHAT YOU BRING

•    5-10 years of professional experience, ideally Business Administration or Executive Support.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience preferred. 

•    High attention to detail, critical for data management and entry.

•    Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, mainly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.

•    Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders while balancing shifting priorities.

•    Experience planning and executing events, with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders.

•    Demonstrated executive maturity with strong judgment and proactive problem solving.

•    Can lift up to 30 lbs. and ship/pack.

  • Relocation: Relocation Available (when available)

  • Onsite and Hybrid Rain Makers: Get paid to carpool! Drive to work with another Rain Maker every week at least 2X a week and receive mileage reimbursement.
