Job summary:

With a heavy organic growth orientation, the Senior Business Development Manager will be the primary individual responsible for the overall success of one or more of our Enterprise clients, including end-to-end ownership of client’s revenue and margin growth. The position will drive the Strategic Account strategy collaborating with all of the resources required to succeed.

Your role in our mission:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

  • Researching prospects and generating leads.

  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Valued skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in working with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers

  • Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Exceptional Communication - verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.

  • A solid understanding of the global business environment.

  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.

  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
