The Senior Business Development Manager drives revenue growth and competitive differentiation by identifying, securing, and optimizing strategic partnerships across Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) gaming verticals. This role plays a key part in expanding RSI’s regulated online gaming footprint across multiple jurisdictions, supporting BetRivers, RushBet, SugarHouse and other RSI brands.

The Senior Business Development Manager identifies, evaluates, negotiates, and manages commercial partnerships across RSI’s global vendor ecosystems. This position works closely with Legal, Operations, Product, FP&A, Accounting, BI and Compliance to ensure strong commercial outcomes, vendor performance, and regulatory alignment.

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Vendor Management

  • Proactively source business development opportunities aligned with RSI strategic priorities.
  • Support structured procurement processes from evaluation through commercial recommendation
  • Conduct vendor due diligence including financial, product, and regulatory assessment.
  • Identify and pursue content partnership opportunities across RSI verticals
  • Support commercial negotiations including revenue share models, promotional funding, fixed fees, and market launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendor partners.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with RSI commercial standards and regulatory requirements.

Revenue Growth & Optimization

  • Support revenue growth initiatives through optimized vendor mix and content strategy.
  • Analyze performance data to identify underperforming content and recommend corrective action.
  • Develop and refine ROI frameworks for partnership initiatives.

Market Expansion Support

  • Support vendor onboarding and commercial due diligence for new market launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Reporting & Financial Coordination

  • Monitor KPIs related to partner performance and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with BI to improve reporting visibility and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoice and contract interpretation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial management, or account leadership roles.
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, or regulated digital gaming environments preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and CRM platforms.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally as required. #LI-REMOTE #LI-DNP
This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.
