Role Definition
- This role plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions that support executive and management decision-making. This position partners closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement technology and process improvements aligned with continuous improvement objectives. The role blends business acumen, data expertise, and innovation to enhance reporting capabilities and drive more efficient, insight-led operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business users and leaders across the finance organization to review pain points and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Provide consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyze, define, and document requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhance system productivity, as needed.
- Participate in identifying and evaluating tools that will meet the business's requirements in a cost-effective manner.
- Develop sustainable processes with technology that drive ownership to the business in alignment with upskilling initiatives.
- Develop curriculums and provide on-going training opportunities for business users in alignment with GFSO upskilling initiatives.
