Overview
SAMI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Consultant – AI Strategy, Growth & Innovation to advise the firm and its clients on business transformation, organizational effectiveness, AI strategy, innovation, commercialization, and customer experience.
The consultant will work with executive and operational stakeholders to assess current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical recommendations, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation road-maps.
This is a senior, client-facing advisory role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with strong operational judgment and the ability to translate emerging technology into practical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead executive interviews, discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and current-state assessments.
Analyze organizational structures, management practices, workflows, systems, customer journeys, and performance measures.
Identify operational gaps, business risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for transformation.
Develop findings, recommendations, business cases, operating models, and implementation road-maps.
Advise clients on practical and responsible applications of AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies.
Design governance structures, roles, decision rights, approval processes, KPIs, and reporting practices.
Support organizational change through stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and adoption planning.
Advise on growth strategy, market positioning, service development, commercialization, and customer experience.
Develop innovation concepts, service frameworks, playbooks, and technology-enabled business solutions.
Participate in client and commercial discussions as a subject-matter adviser.
Assess implementation requirements, delivery risks, resource needs, dependencies, and expected business value.
Support the transition of approved recommendations to project and delivery teams.
Business and opportunity development may form part of the engagement, but the position is primarily focused on management consulting and client advisory services rather than routine sales activities.

Requirements
Qualifications
Significant professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, innovation, technology, marketing, operations, or customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to advise executives and facilitate senior stakeholder discussions.
Experience assessing organizations, operating models, workflows, and management practices.
Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital platforms, data, and technology-enabled transformation.
Experience developing business cases, recommendations, road-maps, governance frameworks, and performance measures.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to evaluate strategic fit, feasibility, risk, and business value.
Excellent written, presentation, workshop-facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple client engagements and complex priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience commercializing technology-enabled services or new business concepts.
Background in customer-experience strategy, service design, innovation, creative technology, or interactive systems.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, analytics, and workflow platforms.
Experience supporting AI adoption, organizational change, training, or stakeholder enablement.
Experience working in an enterprise-consulting, professional-services, agency, SaaS, or multi-client environment.
