Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of rapid professional growth and increasing scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue impact through digital advertising.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms including bidding strategies, targeting, and creative best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Experience running structured experiments and using data to guide decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, high ownership environment.
- A growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across search engines and social platforms, with a focus on performance, experimentation, and scale.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from brief to reporting,ensuring quality, timeliness, and business impact.
- Leverage A/B testing frameworks to continuously experiment and identify what drives performance, efficiency, and growth.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and translate them into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing, and revenue teams to develop compelling, audience-relevant campaigns.
Stay on top of trends and innovations in the paid media space to ensure campaigns remain cutting edge and competitive. - Proactively identify new growth opportunities across audiences, platforms, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Acquisition to support strategic initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team development.
- Explore and implement AI tools and strategies to enhance campaign targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
