What You Will Do:
-Take ownership of stalled or skeptical claimant cases
-Develop strategic re-engagement plans
-Address objections about legitimacy, fees, and process with authority
-Confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset connections
-Collaborate with genealogists and research teams
-Explain the recovery process and contingency fee structure
-Guide claimants through legal documents
-Convert skeptics into signed agreements
-Manage your own case pipeline in CRM
Requirements
-5+ years closing experience (sales, insurance, legal, collections, investigations, real estate,financial services)
-Proven track record with skeptical or resistant prospects
-Executive-level communication skills
-Self-motivated pipeline management
-CRM proficiency-High ethical standards
-Asset recovery, unclaimed property, or heir search experience
-Skip tracing or public records familiarity
-Commission-only experience
-Background explaining complex financial/legal processes
Benefits
Compensation: First 30-90 days: $1,000 month training draw (recoverable against future commissions) After training: 100% commission
