The Senior Clinical Recruiter plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition efforts across multiple business units. As a strategic partner, the Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment, from the initial strategy sessions with business leaders to the final offer stage. This role involves deep collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and long-term hiring plans. With a consultative approach, the Senior Recruiter delivers tailored solutions, utilizing advanced recruitment technologies to enhance the candidate experience and meet the organization’s evolving talent needs.
The Senior Clinical Recruiter places advertisements, attends career days, job fairs and student and RN conventions. Coordinates in-house recruitment efforts. Interviews candidates and refers them to appropriate clinical service. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions, with a focus on both specialized and high-volume roles.
- Consulting & Strategy: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, job postings, and market trends.
- Project & Initiative Management: Lead large-scale hiring initiatives and projects that drive business growth and meet staffing goals.
- Technology & Systems: Leverage recruiting technologies, including ATS (Workday), CRM (Phenom), and screening platforms (HireVue), to optimize workflows and elevate the recruitment process.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage top talent in competitive markets through various sourcing channels, digital platforms, and local/national outreach programs. Present sourcing strategies and updates to hiring leaders, aligning them with the needs of the role.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, managing relationships throughout the recruitment journey, and maintaining well-organized documentation in compliance with the organization’s processes.
- Collaboration & Team Engagement: Actively contribute to team efforts and broader HR initiatives, providing thought leadership and process improvements in recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
Proven success in recruiting for specialized roles up to Director level and managing large-scale, high-volume hiring initiatives.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), candidate relationship management tools (preferably Phenom), and screening platforms (preferably HireVue).
Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in competitive industries.
Strong consulting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and committed to delivering top-tier results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in both corporate and agency recruitment environments, bringing a versatile and adaptive approach to talent acquisition.
