We are all social creatures, but the dominant “social” companies today have evolved into digital loneliness machines, driving isolation, anxiety, and mental health challenges around the world.
Human connection is lost. Posh is a beacon guiding us back.
Posh enables anyone to build an IRL community based on shared interests, while connecting consumers with the communities of people just like them. Founded by event organizers who were frustrated with the growing loneliness epidemic and the tools available to build their own event brand, we’ve built the ultimate platform for launching, monetizing, and finding IRL communities of people just like you. In just 5 years, Posh has grown to a team of 65, expanded to 7M+ users, secured $70m in venture funding, and facilitated over $300M in transactions.
About the RolePosh is hiring a Community Brand Partnerships Manager to build and scale a brand sponsorship engine that directly benefits our organizers.
Our organizers are already creating cultural moments: nightlife, wellness, social clubs, creator-led communities, and large-scale live experiences. Brands want access to these audiences, but the sponsorship process is still messy, slow, and relationship-driven.
This role exists to change that.
You’ll leverage a strong network of brand and agency relationships to bring sponsorship dollars into the Posh ecosystem; pairing brands with high-performing organizers and communities to create sponsorships that feel authentic, high-impact, and repeatable.
This is not a “partnerships coordinator” role.
This is a revenue-driving, relationship-first sales role with clear ownership over:
Sponsorship Pipeline
Deal Execution
Organizer sponsorship outcomes
This is an in-person role based in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo. Building live experiences and building with soul are important for our customers, and we believe being and working together as a team is the best way for Posh to feel and achieve this. Events on Posh should be fun, alive, and driven with passion and we want to mirror this in our teams every day!
What You’ll DoBuild and manage a pipeline of brand sponsorship opportunities across key categories (beverage, CPG, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, tech, etc.)

You’re a relationship-driven operator with a strong understanding of how brand sponsorships get sold, structured, and renewed.
You likely have:
3–6+ years experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, agency partnerships, and/or creator partnerships
A strong network of contacts at brands and/or agencies (you can pick up the phone and get meetings)
Strong sales process fluency in pipeline management, deal stages, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
Ability to translate event/community audiences into a compelling sponsorship pitch
Strong organizational skills: you can manage multiple deals at once without dropping details
High taste and cultural intuition (you understand what partnerships feel authentic vs. forced)

Experience selling sponsorship into nightlife, festivals, creator communities, or live events
Experience working with CPG/alcohol brands
Familiarity with event sponsorship deliverables + reporting
