About the Role

The Senior Compliance Analyst is an experienced individual contributor role that supports the effectiveness and continued maturation of the One Pass Compliance Program through the execution, monitoring, oversight, and continuous improvement of assigned compliance activities across the organization. Reporting directly to the Compliance Lead, this role serves as a senior operational compliance partner in ensuring the organization’s ongoing adherence to compliance policies, processes, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements related to Medicare Advantage supplemental fitness benefits and associated operations. This position has meaningful impact on the department’s productivity and risk management efforts through ownership of assigned areas within the Compliance Workplan, timely delivery of compliance support to business stakeholders, and proactive identification of process improvements and emerging compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead timely annual review of the organization’s Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures, ensuring accessibility in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in One Pass Compliance, owning assigned operational compliance functions, advising business stakeholders, and escalating risks through appropriate departmental channels

  • Manage end-to-end compliance training distribution via One Pass’ learning management system, including assignment of trainings for newly hired/contracted workforce members and Board members, addressing technical questions about the training, and driving on time training completions

  • Lead intake, review, documentation, and resolution support for compliance hotline reports, ensuring appropriate investigation, issue resolution, trend identification, and client reporting in partnership with the Account Management team

  • Conduct internal monitoring and quality assurance reviews of exclusions screening processes and controls to ensure audit-ready screening records, completeness, timely execution, and effective remediation of identified gaps

  • Own preparation, quality review, evidence gathering, and documentation for health plan client attestations and audits, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely submissions in the Compliance SharePoint Audit/RFP list

  • Analyze submitted conflicts of interest surveys from new and existing employees, assessing for potential conflicts and identifying responses that warrant further follow up

  • Partner in the development and execution of the annual compliance workplan, identifying opportunities for auditing, monitoring, risk reduction, and continued advancement of the compliance program

  • Advise Product, Technology, Security, and other cross-functional teams on compliance risk and practical mitigation strategies, including review of offshore vendors, privacy-related controls, application usability improvements, and new product development in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, and risk mitigation best practices

  • Support Growth by providing timely, accurate compliance responses to RFPs while upholding company policy on confidentiality and ensuring consistency with compliance program standards

  • Participate in regular meetings with the One Pass Marketing team, reviewing proposed disclaimers and providing guidance on marketing collateral to ensure organization’s compliance with Medicare rules on marketing, outreach and the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

  • Provide regular reporting to the Compliance Lead and Chief Compliance Officer on compliance projects, key risks, wins, challenges, recommendations, and areas where support may be needed to ensure timely delivery of compliance workplan priorities

  • Uphold the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, exemplifying the highest standards of compliance and ethics

About You

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-directed compliance professional who can independently manage complex work while building strong relationships across the organization. A successful Senior Compliance Analyst brings sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical, business-friendly guidance. They are proactive in identifying risks, improving processes, and ensuring follow-through on compliance commitments. Top candidates take ownership of their work, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, manage ambiguity effectively, and contribute to a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of related work experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, auditing, risk management, or a related healthcare operational role, with demonstrated experience supporting compliance programs, audit support, investigations, training administration, regulatory oversight, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in healthcare compliance or active pursuit of a healthcare compliance or auditing certification (e.g., CHC, CHCP, CCEP).

• Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health plan compliance programs, including familiarity with CMS requirements, HIPAA, delegated oversight, downstream entity monitoring, FDRs, FWA compliance, and regulatory audits.

• Experience analyzing compliance and operational data to support risk identification, creation of risk reporting and dashboards, and informed compliance decision-making

 

Work Location & Eligibility

One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
