Senior Consultant - Agentic Operations 

About the Role 

Argano is a digital consultancy that specializes in high-performance business operations, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions. We help enterprise and mid-market organizations modernize their core systems, streamline supply chains, and improve financial, data, and workforce operations to exceed customer expectations and fuel commercial growth.

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a team that identifies & implements transformation opportunities for optimization in middle/back-office operations. The role bridges business strategy, operations, technology architecture, agentic AI, and change management to help transform how organizations operate and deliver value.

This Senior Consultant - Agentic Operations will identify high-impact opportunities, develop business cases and financial models, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Opportunities

  • Complete in-depth analysis of current state to identify transformation opportunities across organizational design, technology architecture, and agentic transformation
  • Develop detailed financial models to prioritize opportunities and support decision-making/roadmap development 

Design & Deliver Solutions

  • Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.
  • Lead pilots and implementations, partnering with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Drive Adoption & Transformation

  • Support design and implementation of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support establishment of governance, measure value realization, and shape future service offerings.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-7  years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with middle-back office tech stack and architecture standards.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
