You should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making decisions independently, and have experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating commercial agreements. Experience with both SaaS and Professional Services agreements is required.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ~5-12 years of experience negotiating complex software or software-as-a-service and consulting services contracts involving data rights, security, privacy, IP issues, and accurate SOWs.

  • Experience in-house within a technology company with a quarterly sales cycle.

  • You know business processes related to commercial contract practices in a sales-led environment and have experience improving them and training others on them.

  • Strong understanding of standard contract language and experience negotiating those terms.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and have strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables and coordinate across functional initiatives to meet deadlines.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Ironclad) productively for day-to-day work: delegating recurring tasks, iterating through multi-turn prompts, and critically evaluating output.

  • Experience producing AI-powered work others reuse or run AI-enabled improvements with measurable outcomes.
