Join our fast-growing wellness + skincare brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding team. We are looking for a sharp, chronically online, creative-minded, and community-driven Senior Coordinator, Social Media with a passion for creative content, communication, and clean beauty. This role sits at the intersection of community engagement, visual content creation, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong eye for trends and storytelling, and feels at home both online and on set.
This role lives at the intersection of community management, content creation, and campaign coordination. You’ll help bring the OSEA brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms—supporting everything from trend-driven videos and on-set content capture to real-time conversation in our DMs and comments. You’ll report directly to the Associate Director of Social Media and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, influencer, and marketing teams.

Requirements
👯‍♀️ Community Management
  • Responsible for all inbound messages across social platforms, including DMs, comments, tagged content, and story mentions on TikTok, Instagram, and all alternate social channels
  • Engage proactively across social by interacting with like-minded creators, brands, and community members to keep OSEA at the center of relevant conversation
  • Connecting inbound partnership, collaboration, affiliate, influencer, and customer service inquiries to the appropriate team with context and support
  • Track and summarize community sentiment and feedback
👩‍🎨 Creative Content Creation
  • Support visual content creation for all organic social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
  • Help build and maintain an asset library of organic photo, video, b-roll, voiceover audio,, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, collaborate on producing TikToks weekly (sourcing references, filming, or on-camera as needed)
  • Attend and capture content at OSEA brand activations, campaign shoots, and occasional in-person events in LA
🏋️ Social Coordination & Campaign Support
  • Assist in scheduling and posting both automated and manual content across platforms
  • Support backend logistics of campaign rollouts 
    • Linking products, adding CTAs, tracking assets, and updating internal content calendars
    • Monitor engagement and surface content performance insights in real time
  • Collaborate with Creative, Comms, Paid, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and priorities
Qualifications:

✅ To succeed in the Social Media Coordinator role at OSEA, you need to be:

  • Social Media Fluent: 2+ years of experience and deep knowledge of community engagement, social media best practices, trend reports, and content creation. 
  • LA-Based & Availability: Must live in Los Angeles and be available for in-person events, shoots, team collaboration, and flexible for weekend hours.
  • Strong Communicator: Warm, clear, and consistent in tone when engaging with large online audiences.
  • Creative & Trend-Savvy: Strong instincts for short-form video and visual storytelling. Willing to appear on camera.
  • Organized & Proactive: Able to juggle content calendars, campaign tasks, and community conversations with attention to detail.
  • Culturally Tuned-In: Passionate about wellness, clean beauty, and online culture.
  • Portfolio Required: Must showcase content you've created.

Base Hourly Range: $30-37 per hour (Actual compensation depends on factors like experience, skill level, and location).
