Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations, provide client support, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high utilization rates.
One of Pine's portfolio companies, Alta Vista Technology, is a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — with over 600 implementations completed and seven consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list. Their proprietary ClearPath Methodology takes the guesswork out of ERP transitions, and their team stays invested in every client long after go-live. They're growing, and they're looking for a seasoned Senior CRE Consultant – Sage Intacct to join their Consulting Services team.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Director of Consulting Services.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight.
- Provide timely client support — resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours.
- Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations.
- Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future.
- Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion.
- Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support.
- Advanced certification in CRE and SCM.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.
- Accounting experience in the construction field.
- Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with publisher escalation processes.
