At Digital Reach Agency (DRA), we build exceptional digital experiences for B2B tech brands with big ideas and even bigger goals. We’re a tight-knit, highly collaborative team of strategists, designers, developers, and marketers who don’t just do the work—we own it.
We’re now hiring for a unique role: a high-level creative thinker who can lead brand and campaign strategy, collaborate with clients, and still jump into the design arena when needed. You’ll be the link between client goals and creative outcomes—and you'll help lead the charge creatively, not just push pixels.
Position Summary
This is not just a designer role.
We are not looking for a traditional designer who’s hoping to stretch into strategy, or a glorified Creative Director who just wants to oversee tasks.
We are looking for a strategic leader—someone who has experience guiding clients, shaping creative direction, building brands, and communicating why it all matters. This role is equal parts creative and strategic consultant. You must already possess the soft skills to lead high-stakes conversations with confidence, curiosity, and clarity.
If you’re not already comfortable leading clients, pitching ideas, and connecting brand strategy to marketing execution—this isn’t the role for you.
- Act as lead creative strategist across client projects—bringing brand, marketing, and design together into one smart, seamless vision
- Collaborate directly with clients on discovery, strategy, creative vision, and feedback—ensuring we’re not just making pretty things, but the right things
- Shape and articulate creative direction for web, brand, and campaign work
- Provide high-level design execution and conceptual support where needed
- Give clear, constructive feedback to designers to elevate the work—not just make it "on brand"
- Work with project managers and sales leads to scope, pitch, and sell creative direction confidently
- Translate fuzzy ideas into clear creative strategies that work for B2B, SaaS, and tech audiences
- 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand development, or campaign leadership—ideally across multiple settings (agency, in-house, startup, or freelance).
- 6+ years of experience working across brand, marketing, and creative execution.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales presentations or client engagements, including pitching, presenting, translating feedback into actionable work, and maintaining strategic trust across stakeholders.
- 2+ years of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite experience
- Basic familiarity with web platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot) and B2B marketing tools
- You’ve run your own business or worked in startup/agency settings
- Copywriting or messaging experience
- Motion/video or digital ad campaign concepting
- Deep understanding of B2B, SaaS, or complex tech industries
- Asana and Slack experience
"I’m the one who bridges the gap between creative and strategy."
"I’m not just a designer—I help shape the why behind the design."
