The Brand and Marketing Creative Team at Flodesk shapes and elevates the Flodesk brand across everything we do — from brand standards and design systems to campaigns, product experiences, events, and IRL moments. We bring the Flodesk story to life across every touchpoint.

We collaborate with teams across Flodesk and with external partners to ensure the quality and consistency of the brand experience — in person, in product, and everywhere in between. We develop the creative vision and strategy for diverse projects and audiences, and amplify them across digital and physical channels.


What you'll do:

The Senior Creative Brand Designer, reporting directly to the Creative Design Lead,  is the creative engine of the Brand team—the person who brings big ideas to life and pushes the visual boundaries of how Flodesk shows up in the world. You'll lead the creative development of campaigns, content, and brand moments across every channel, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, art direction, and craft.

Responsibilities: 

  • GTM Design:
    • Drive the creative development of GTM campaigns from concept through execution—moodboards, storyboards, creative briefs, and final assets for product launches, feature announcements, and brand moments
    • Partner with the marketing and social team to to shape the visual identity of Flodesk's social channels and create platform-native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and beyond—bringing a strong point of view on visual trends, cultural moments, and content formats
    • Design brand and marketing assets across all channels: website, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, presentations, event materials, merch and print
  • Brand Design:
    • Define and own art direction across campaigns and brand initiatives—setting the visual tone, curating references, and guiding the creative output of illustrations, motion content, and visual storytelling across internal teams and external collaborators
    • Design and deliver Flodesk emails—campaigns, newsletters, and onboarding sequences—and refine our in-product layout and template libraries for Emails, Forms, and Checkouts
    • Maintain and ensure consistency across the company's visual identity and brand asset library, bringing fresh ideas and references that push the brand forward
    • Collaborate with external creative partners, providing clear art direction and feedback

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand, campaign, or marketing design
  • A standout portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, art direction, and creative execution across campaigns, social, and digital channels
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—and ideally After Effects or Premiere for light motion/video work)
  • Strong art direction skills—you know how to build a visual world for a campaign and ensure every asset ladders up to a cohesive creative vision
  • Experience developing elaborated storyboards, moodboards, and creative concepts that guide cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to create compelling, platform-native social media content at volume—you understand what works on social channels and stay ahead of format and trend shifts
  • A working knowledge of AI-powered (design) tools and how to integrate them into a professional creative workflow. 
  • Visual design skills grounded in typography, layout, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals
  • Strong email design experience. You'll design emails that represent the Flodesk brand and create templates used by millions of small business owners—beautiful across clients and devices, flexible, editable, and always on-brand
  • Experience delivering work independently and influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
  • A solid strategic ability for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global-facing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills—you can present a creative concept, sell a vision, and give clear art direction
  • Growth mindset. Here to learn and grow through continuous productive feedback

Bonus skills:

  • Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations)
  • A background in email marketing or SaaS product design
  • Experience art directing photo or video shoots
  • Familiarity with experiential or physical brand activations
  • Illustration skills or a strong eye for commissioning and directing illustration work

What we bring:

  • Salary range of €55,000 - €77,000; the final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and fit for the role
