inDrive Money is seeking Senior Credit Risk Analyst to develop and implement on the credit risk policies and models. In this role you will be responsible for the optimization of scoring models and limit policies as well as overall portfolio performance.
inDrive Money is a lending vertical aiming to fund under-banked audiences across inDrive network. Currently operating in six countries and issuing  tens of thousands loans monthly and growing. We are using Platform's and alternative data for underwriting as well as transaction-based collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop predictive scoring models for credit decision-making and look for their points of growth through new internal and external data;
  • Develop and optimize limit and rate policies;
  • Implement built models in online scoring;
  • Evaluate product profitability and build NPV models;
  • Analyze loan portfolio;
  • Bring raw data to real-world application in processes and deliver business results through ML;
  • Interact with business, DWH, developers and product analysts;
  • Work through reporting requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • You have an understanding of ML and data analytics;
  • Ready to take a deep dive into ML, business processes, data, and cause-and-effect relationships;
  • Have experience in lending to SMEs or individuals;
  • Ready to drive things around you and always looking for ways to make processes even better;
  • Love math and speak the language of numbers and theorems:
  • Inspired by the real business impact of your actions;
  • Have experience building NPV models;
  • Have experience with Python, SQL;
  • Python library development skills, project management experience and the ability to present the results of your work well would be a plus;
  • English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
