📌 Position: Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst

Location: Remote from LATAM

Contract Type: Full-time vendor (Contract directly with In All Media)

Time Zone Alignment: US Central Time (CT) overlap (6+ hours)

Contract Details: This is a 100% remote contractor position open to talent anywhere in LATAM. Your contract and engagement will be directly managed with In All Media.

🚀 Project Overview

This engagement focuses on modernizing, scaling, and maintaining enterprise business intelligence and data analytics environments. The core objective is to transform raw corporate data into actionable strategic insights, build performant analytical models, design production-grade reporting dashboards, and partner directly with business stakeholders to drive data-informed operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and deploy production dashboards and interactive reporting suites using enterprise platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Advanced Query Optimization: Write, maintain, and optimize complex, high-performing SQL queries, window functions, and CTEs to extract and transform large-scale datasets.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), translate complex requirements into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

Cloud Data Analytics: Query, validate, and analyze enterprise data hosted across cloud data warehouses and analytical platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.

Agile Execution & Delivery: Independently manage analytical tasks within active Agile delivery sprints, ensuring high data accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

💡 Must-Have Skills

Experience Level: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in an enterprise setting.

Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex, highly performant SQL queries (window functions, aggregations, CTEs) for data extraction and transformation.

Enterprise BI Tools: Proven experience building production dashboards using enterprise reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).

Cloud Data Platforms: Hands-on experience working with enterprise cloud data warehouses and analytical platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

Data Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong analytical skills paired with a track record of partnering with business teams to deliver actionable insights.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

Scripting Languages: Experience using Python or R for exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and automation scripts.

Cloud Ecosystems: Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other enterprise cloud infrastructure environments.

Data Engineering Literacy: Practical understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) / ELT data pipeline architectures.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration

This role requires a minimum overlap of 6 hours with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering and business teams.

💬 Language

All interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications will be conducted in English.
