This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of user behavior, CRM, and retention mechanics.

Responsibilities:Retention & Marketing Analytics

Segmentation & Personalization
  • Develop customer segmentation models (RFM and beyond) to improve targeting and retention.
  • Design data-driven personalization strategies based on user behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage.
  • Support the implementation of personalized customer experiences across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to optimize user journeys.
Experimentation
  • Design and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns, marketing initiatives, and retention improvements.
  • Define experiment methodology, success metrics, and statistical evaluation.

  • Develop automated insights and anomaly detection for key retention metrics.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable analytics infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, CRM Analytics, or Retention Analytics.
  • Strong experience analyzing customer lifecycle, retention, and user behavior.
  • Proven experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for CRM communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation methodologies, including RFM and behavioral segmentation.
  • Experience building retention and marketing KPI frameworks.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • English B2/C1.

Nice to have

  • Experience with machine learning and recommendation systems.
  • Experience building real-time personalization models.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or high-scale B2C products.

Benefits
  • Learning support - courses, English classes, and conferences (up to 100% reimbursement)
  • Unique loyalty program - receive corporate digital miners and earn passive income with no investment
  • Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
  • Memorable events with wow prizes - we celebrate big occasions in a big way
  • “Employee of the Month” award - we recognize and reward our top performers
  • Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days +  8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
  • New career tracks - real opportunities to grow into expert or top management roles
  • Work-life fit - flexible hours and remote work. You don’t need to chase balance - here, work is a part of life, not the opposite. We aim to make work inspiring, not exhausting. For us, results matter most.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
