What You Will Do:
- Leads the design, development, and support of data and analytics solutions for S&OP processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that drive decision-making.
- Analyzes complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to improve planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.
- Supports continuous improvement of data pipelines, systems, and processes, including troubleshooting issues, enhancing data quality, and implementing best practices across the data lifecycle.
What You Have:
- Machine S&OP (Sales & Operations) Business Knowledge: Proven experience in Machine S&OP, production planning, supply chain planning, or similar functions. Act as subject-matter expert for the S&OP planning system and/or data warehouse used to support planning and reporting.
- Application & Data Warehouse Support: Collaborate closely with IT teams to manage enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and ensure system stability. Define and validate data structures, data flows, and integration logic needed for accurate planning and reporting. Translate business needs into system or data requirements, including specifications for dashboards, KPIs, data pipelines, and automation.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Top candidates will also have:
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or Equivalent education
- Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms.
- Strong Customer Focus, problem-solving capabilities coupled with risk management understanding.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into structured system requirements or data models.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with planning tools, reporting platforms, or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, etc.
- Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
