About the Opportunity

As a Data Analyst at Found, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission of providing evidence-based weight care solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to inform decision-making. You’ll be joining a smart & compassionate centralized analytics team. 

What You’ll Do 

  • In your first 3 - 6 months, pending on your interests and skill set, you’ll either:
    1. Jump into operations analytics to optimize the user experience, focusing on clinical engagement and satisfaction. 
    2. Or deep dive into our financial data to fully recreate our data infrastructure and reporting suite to support strategic decision making.
  • You’ll clean gnarly data sets, design and implement analytics projects, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders autonomously.
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact analysis projects.
  • You’ll monitor and investigate trends in KPIs and provide insights to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • In your first year, you’ll make meaningful contributions across finance, business, operations, and product analytics. You should be able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, be curious about different business areas, and be excited to grow quickly with a high performing team.  

What You'll Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in math, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analytics, operations analytics, or general data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL. Bonus points for proficiency in Python. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can work autonomously, are insatiably curious & comfortable with gnarly datasets
  • You are detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
