We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on redefining our inbound sales development paradigm globally. 


Job Summary: 

The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving operational rigor and strategy development for the inbound sales development team of Inbound Success Coaches (ISC). This role is essential for building a strategy to scale this function for the future through AI & automation, ensuring alignment with our conversational marketing strategy, and fueling pipeline growth. The analysis & insights this individual creates will inform data driven decision making by executive leadership to guide the evolution. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define, measure, and communicate the metrics of success and value-added by the ISC organization. 
  • Master the inbound sales motion and process to become a trusted leader in the specifics of ISC strategy. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, product operations, and sales, fostering a united approach.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with sales and marketing partners and be capable of presenting strategies and outcomes to C-suite executives.
  • Exhibit autonomy and take ownership of projects; drive influence through innovation without needing step-by-step guidance.
  • Develop scalable strategies and practices that can be extended to global teams

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent level position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical or modeling techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven executives.
  • Strong capability to identify personal and professional growth opportunities and willingness to expand beyond baseline responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range
$118,500$189,600 USD
