About the Role:
We are building a pipeline of strong Data Engineers to support upcoming high-impact data initiatives across cloud platforms and AI-driven environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring reliability at scale, and contributing to modern data architectures that support analytics, automation, and AI-powered use cases.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining ETL processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling high-quality, structured data for advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
This position requires strong backend engineering foundations, cloud expertise, and a mindset focused on scalability, data quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes to improve data flow and operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain ETL workflows to ensure reliability, consistency, and performance
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Python with strong OOP principles
- Work with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) to design and optimize queries and schemas
- Manage and optimize Azure storage and cloud data solutions
- Support data preparation and architecture for AI and advanced analytics initiatives
- Ensure data integrity, observability, and performance across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Must Have:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in Python (mandatory) with solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) application
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing ETL processes
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining ETL workflows
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience working with Azure Storage solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience preparing datasets for AI or machine learning workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures in Azure environments
- Exposure to data governance, data quality frameworks, or monitoring tools
- Experience working in multidisciplinary or distributed teams
- Interest in AI-powered data ecosystems
