We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Global Integrated Campaigns Manager to join our Global Integrated Campaigns team. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Global Integrated Campaigns and must be adept at thinking both strategically and tactically to get things done.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of integrated campaign planning, development, and alignment cross-functionally. Knowledge of program and project management methodology are required to drive early-stage planning and cross-functional execution. Strong communication and facilitation skills are a must. 

This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do:
  • Support development and execution of global integrated marketing plans and campaigns, managing timelines and communication
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on strategy and consistent messaging
  • Partner with content creators to leverage assets for demand generation
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the product marketing and developer relations teams to align messaging and understand moments for global campaign integration
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using our world-class marketing technology stack to identify optimizations
  • Assist in generating reports on revenue marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and design on creative asset development through testing and iteration
  • Support marketing vendor and agency management
  • Participate in meetings and present global campaign strategies and KPIs
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Stay current with demand generation and digital marketing trends. Hint: you will be writing prompts
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role
  • Experience with email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the B2B software or technology industry along with exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) principles are preferred

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$70,000$138,000 USD
