Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Azure DevOps infrastructure to support our development and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code practices. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve our DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps infrastructure, including pipelines, environments, and release management.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications and infrastructure using Azure DevOps tools.
- Implement automated testing strategies and integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
