Role Overview:

Impinj is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our digital channels, including Impinj.com and email marketing campaigns. This role is accountable for delivering seamless, high-performing digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and brand impact across all digital marketing channels.

As the owner of Impinj’s digital platforms, this individual will oversee user journey design, content publishing, performance analytics, and platform governance. They will define and implement scalable UX strategies, ensure technical and visual excellence, and use data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in website optimization, email marketing, UX, SEO, and digital platform administration, and provides thought leadership on digital experience trends while driving process improvements that enable scalability and efficiency. They will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end digital experience across all digital channels, including Impinj.com and email, ensuring seamless, engaging, and conversion-optimized user journeys.
  • Define and execute UX strategies that support marketing campaigns, product and solution storytelling, and customer engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of website and email execution, including content publishing, landing page creation, email design, and technical enhancements.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns using Impinj’s marketing automation platform, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across web and email (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, open/click-through rates, etc.) to inform optimization strategies.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for SEO, GEO, and AEO to enhance discoverability and drive high-quality traffic.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement, conversion, and overall experience effectiveness.
  • Own CMS strategy and functionality, ensuring scalability and process-driven structure to allow for self-service for internal contributors.
  • Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure content quality, compliance, and controlled access across digital platforms.
  • Own design and template development for digital properties, including the creation and optimization of graphics, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure best-in-class experiences.
  • Partner with internal IT and external vendors to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
  • Plan for future enhancements to new and evolving integrated experiences, ensuring cohesive user flows across all digital properties.
  • Own and manage key platforms, including CMS, analytics, and tag management tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights for UX, content, email, and SEO strategies.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX, website management, and email marketing, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level websites and email programs in B2B technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in CMS administration, marketing automation platforms, and digital content governance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and web/email analytics, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CMS platforms, and graphic design tools for digital content creation and updates.
  • Experience with CRM, CDPs, and tag management systems.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex digital initiatives on time and at scale.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, digital media, UX, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits:

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $115,000 - $190,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. US based employees have access to healthcare benefits; a 401(k) plan and company match among others.
