A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Director, Consumer Product to shape the future of our Home Care experience for families. As a senior leader within our growing Home Care product organization, you will define and drive how we empower families to understand evolving care needs, connect with trusted providers, and make confident care decisions. You will be joining at a pivotal moment as we evolve from a simple referral experience to an AI-powered platform that transforms the aging journey.

Who you are:

This Senior Director of Consumer Products will be at the helm of reimagining the care seeker experience at A Place for Mom to become the trusted care advisor to the family. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven record of building and scaling high-impact consumer products that drive measurable business results. You blend deep empathy for users with a data-driven mindset, using insight and experimentation to translate customer needs into outcomes that matter. You have demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, inspiring innovation, and delivering tangible growth through bold product vision and flawless execution. You thrive in mission-driven environments and are excited to make a meaningful impact in senior home care by empowering families, improving lives, and redefining how consumers find trusted care solutions for their loved ones. This leader will report to the SVP of Home Care Product, and partner with the team to formulate a long-term product strategy and vision that propels the product and business transformation of home care at A Place for Mom.

What you will do:

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the consumer product vision and long-term strategy for the Home Care business, aligned to company growth and mission goals.

  • Identify opportunities to differentiate our consumer experience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable value to families seeking care.

  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of consumer trends, technology, and data insights that shape product direction.

Execution & Impact

  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that drive meaningful business and customer outcomes.

  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality, data-informed consumer experiences at scale.

  • Measure success through key performance indicators tied to growth, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Influence

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented product team to execute with clarity, creativity, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared ownership of results.

  • Act as the voice of the consumer across the business, advocating for empathy, insight, and impact in every decision.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role driving consumer-facing products at scale.

  • Proven success defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-growth, digital consumer experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insight and data into impactful product outcomes that move key business metrics.

  • Deep experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, and user research to guide product decisions and measure impact.

  • Strong track record of delivering business results through collaboration, influence, and disciplined execution.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.

  • Experience in marketplaces, consumer health, or mission-driven organizations a strong plus.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $195,000 to $215,000 + 30% Bonus
