How You'll Make An Impact

  •  Responsible for leading and managing the solution consulting team across the region.
  • Will play a critical part in driving pre-sales activities, developing innovative solution strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services to our clients. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions and support the overall growth objectives of the organization.

What You'll Do

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solution consultants.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.

Operational Strategy and Rigor:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution consulting team.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous processes and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of consulting services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Optimize resource allocation and project management practices to maximize productivity and achieve business objectives.

Effective Communication:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that ensure clear, consistent, and timely information flow within the solution consulting team and across the organization.
  • Facilitate open and transparent communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Present complex technical concepts and business solutions in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders, including senior executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas, best practices, and feedback.

Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solution strategies.
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to articulate the technical and business benefits of our offerings.

Solution Strategy and Development:

  • Work closely with product management and marketing to influence product roadmap and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Develop and refine solution frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Client Engagement and Delivery:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Address and resolve any escalations or issues that may arise during the engagement process.

Solution Selling Motions:

  • Build and integrate solution selling motions into the presales process to enhance value proposition and customer engagement.
  • Train and enable teams on solution selling techniques and methodologies.
  • Develop tailored solution selling strategies that align with customer needs and drive successful sales outcomes.

Organizational Transformation:

  • Drive the transformation of the solution consulting team into a high-performing organization through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that encourages professional growth, accountability, and excellence.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solution consulting efforts with broader company initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of regional growth strategies.
  • Represent the solution consulting team in executive meetings and provide insights on team performance and market trends.

The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of data, infrastructure, iPAAS and related technologies and their value to customers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $375,000 - $400,000 (inclusive of commission).
