With a diverse team spanning twenty plus countries, our culture fosters openness and collaboration, making Infinite Commerce an exceptional place to work and grow.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior eCommerce Channel Manager to join our Marketplace Expansion team, leading our strategy on Walmart and Target. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting and executing growth strategy across 80+ portfolio brands spanning 10+ categories across these two marketplaces. You’ll oversee all aspects of the platforms, inclusive of pricing & promotions, assortment expansion, fulfillment strategy, merchandising, and marketing spend. You’ll be supported by two Marketplace Operations Specialists, who will execute all backend maintenance required by the channel platform, and you will report directly to the Director of Channel Expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, maintain, and advance our relationship with the Account Managers on each platform and ensure our portfolio of brands is consistently in good standing.
  • Identify and champion new opportunities and approaches to support sustainable growth on each platform.
  • Continuously monitor channel metrics, make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Manage the channel P&Ls to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Manage pricing strategies and build out advanced, detailed margin analysis files to ensure healthy margins.
  • Forecast sales, analyze key drivers, and understand the implications of these forecasts to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Technology, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Merchandising, etc.) to implement strategic pivots and continuously improve processes and dataflows.
  • Develop and implement fulfillment strategies for each channel to maximize sales and margin opportunities (e.g. optimizing dropship, 2-day shipping coverage, & WFS penetration)
  • Manage brand-building activities to increase visibility and awareness for the portfolio of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field. Additional work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in brand or category management, consulting, or a related field. Prior experience on the Walmart and/or Target platform(s) preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make timely, data-driven decisions, anticipate challenges, and provide creative, actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on numerically-driven decision-making and the ability to build and interpret detailed financial reports (e.g., margin analysis, P&L management).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and solve complex problems collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
