  • Translate business priorities into actionable training and readiness programs tailored to specific roles and regional needs.
  • Create and manage enablement content, including certifications, sales playbooks, and comprehensive training curricula.
  • Partner with regional enablement specialists to deliver in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and hands-on product training.
  • Develop content to support product launches, equipping sales teams with messaging, tools, and strategies for success.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting enablement impact and ROI.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements within enablement programs.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across the sales organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales managers and front-line teams to understand needs and tailor enablement solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring the enablement function aligns with Dropbox’s broader strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale sales enablement programs that align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into effective training and readiness initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
