As a Senior Engineer, Instrumentation & Controls for our Global Facilities team, you would be responsible to provide Engineering system ownership and technical support, expertise, and business alignment on construction project design, schedule, cost control, testing & commissioning, operations, and maintenance programs of the critical Facilities systems that include for Life Safety Systems, Toxic Gas Monitoring, I&C, SCADA, IoT/Digitalization, Telecom, and Security systems, as well as the Controls cooperating other Facilities Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Building systems.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$98,000.00 - $200,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.

- Manage large-scale projects, including U.S. Greenfield FABs, with a focus on engineering innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Manufacturing, IT, Procurement, Construction, O&M, and other teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Ensure facility systems are reliable, efficient, scalable, and aligned with Micron's global standards and strategic objectives.
- Implement guidelines and standard methodologies across global sites for construction, development, and operations.
- Support advanced memory and storage production through robust infrastructure development.
- Integrate sustainability principles into facility design and operations, supporting corporate environmental goals.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the full lifecycle of facility projects.
- Benchmark within and external to Micron sites on Engineering Best Practices and Best Known Methods (BKM) of Facilities buildings and systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in Facility I&C/ELV design and engineering for Semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time.
- Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
- Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areas
