About the Role

As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive on our Partnerships Team, you will spearhead the growth of our North American Digital Commerce segment.

The Impact: We are looking for a strategic closer with a proven track record of selling technology to Tier-1 Fintechs and Banks ($1B+ revenue). In this role, you will own the full sales lifecycle- from initial lead generation to high-level stakeholder engagement. By orchestrating a cross-functional squad of BDRs, Solution Engineers, and Executives, you will refine our go-to-market strategy and consistently crush sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Execute Enterprise Deals: Identify, qualify, and close complex partnership deals with Tier-1 fintech and banking partners ($1B+ revenue) within the North American digital commerce space.

  • Strategic Consultation: Educate prospective partners on Cover Genius’s embedded solutions and tech platform, positioning our value proposition to drive interest and urgency.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure pitches are delivered with high impact, technical clarity, and precise product positioning.

  • Vertical Growth: Expand the Cover Genius brand within the Fintech & Banking sector through active representation at industry events and proactive networking.

  • Pipeline Engineering: Architect a robust short- and long-term pipeline by delivering high-quality outreach across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and industry relationships.

What you will bring
  • Industry Expertise: 6+ years of success selling SaaS, Payments, or Fintech solutions within the North American digital commerce market.

  • Proven Performance: A verifiable track record of consistently crushing sales quotas and performance-driven KPIs.

  • Deal Orchestration: Experience mobilizing internal and external stakeholders to navigate and close high-stakes partnerships.

  • Pipeline Mastery: A proactive approach to building and maintaining a robust, high-quality sales funnel.

  • Strategic Agility: The ability to drive fast-paced sales cycles while managing complex, long-term enterprise engagements.

*The cash compensation range for this role is $175,000+ (plus commission)
