Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Event Integration: Develop and execute an event strategy aligned with the broader marketing plan, product launches, and brand objectives. Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure events are an integral part of campaigns and market penetration efforts. Regularly evaluate event opportunities to prioritize those that align with key business goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate KOL engagement, brand initiatives, and overall organizational goals into event strategies. Partner with sales teams to identify and invite target customers and ensure events drive meaningful sales engagements. Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, and sales teams to align event objectives and outcomes. Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Marcom to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Event Execution and Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of congresses, tradeshows and speaker programs , including vendor selection, budgeting, and logistics. Ensure events effectively showcase the company’s products and services, including booth design, messaging, and customer engagement activities. Monitor and measure the success of events against KPIs, such as lead generation, stakeholder education, and sales impact. The Radiopharmaceutical business participates in large national events, regional events, and has a growing speaker bureau program.
- Leadership and Team Development: Work collaboratively within the events team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability for deliverables. Build strong partnerships with external vendors and industry associations to maximize event opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in event planning and execution processes.
- Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Lead partnership with external vendors, event organizers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production and smooth execution of marketing activities. Manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables with partners.
- Budget Management: Lead budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track the performance of events and marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to improve future initiatives. Prepare post-event and post-campaign reports for internal review.
- Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensure that all advertising and promotional materials used in events and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and company standards. Support the APR process. Coordinate with the regulatory, compliance and legal teams during the review and approval process.
- Creative Input and Content Development: Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and events, helping to develop engaging content and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

- Willingness to travel frequently and manage a dynamic workload.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in event planning, marketing campaigns, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Speaker programs experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and event management software preferred.
