We are seeking a high-caliber professional with exceptional executive presence, discretion, and the ability to represent the CEO’s office with the utmost professionalism.  This is a high-impact role within the Consumer and Community Banking team, offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced organization where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a Senior Executive Assistant in Chase Auto, you will be an integral part of a results-driven team, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operations at the highest level.  You will need to work well within a team environment and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses and external clients. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.


Job responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for the Auto CEO, including coordination of internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Oversee logistics for high-profile meetings and events, including catering, transportation, and on-site support, in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely execution.
  • Maintain and update department documents, including organizational charts and executive bios.
  • Manage proactively regular activities and anticipate needs, providing advance notice of potential issues or delays.
  • Assist in preparing, editing, and finalizing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO’s office, Chief of Staff, and other senior leaders, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, or equivalent senior leaders.
  • At least a minimum of ten years of executive administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, discretion, and sound judgment in confidential situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities, especially calendar management.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, handling requests and challenges with minimal supervision.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in financial services or a similarly complex, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with event planning and executive-level project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
