In this role, you will serve as a specialist-level expert responsible for the evolution and strategic health of enterprise finance systems. You will partner with Product and Finance leadership to identify systemic challenges, design future-state solutions, and lead high-impact initiatives while advising stakeholders and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
The Senior Finance Systems Analyst serves as a specialist-level expert responsible for the strategic health, scalability, and evolution of enterprise finance systems. In partnership with Product and Finance leadership, this role identifies systemic business challenges, designs future-state solutions, and leads complex system initiatives that enable operational efficiency and data integrity. This role operates with high autonomy, advises stakeholders, and influences system strategy.
This position may be based in approved jurisdictions in the United Kingdon. It reports to the Senior Director, Finance Product Management and is eligible for flexible working arrangements including remote/hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite.
Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements.
Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT).
Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of progressive experience in ERP/finance systems roles.
Demonstrated experience advising stakeholders and leading complex initiatives.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts preferred.
Advanced experience with NetSuite (configuration, integrations, optimization, reporting architecture).
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (workflow design, documentation governance).
Expert-level ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture. Experience leading UAT, release planning, and change management.
Strong analytical, data modeling, and process design capability.
Deep understanding of finance systems architecture and controls (GL, AP, AR, reporting).

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: $92,500 - $123,300 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
