Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support our financial planning
and analysis teams. This role will report directly to the Head of Strategic Finance and will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the COO, CEO, and senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and Board of Directors decks.
- Optimize cash flow management, including debt and equity financing, and investment strategies.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment of financial and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance.
- Proven track record of supporting financial planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
